Overall good accommodation considering the building is quite old and has been extended. Lots of stairs up and down corridors. Main entrance to lobby up a flight of stairs. Really not suitable for someone with mobility issues. However the staff were very helpful with our luggage. Not impressed by the restaurant evening meal. Carvery style menu with very few vegetables on offer. We found the bar meal menu was better. Fresh cooked to order. Breakfast was good however the grab and go bag we ordered for our early departure was of poor quality. Only 4 items plus coffee in each bag!Didn’t add up to the cost of the breakfast paid for on booking.

The hotel is a great location within walking distance of St Helier town centre, Liberation Square & the seafront. The rooms are good size, clean but tired looking, the hotel could do with a fresh coat of paint. The swimming pool is lovely, clean & a good size though the showers aren’t great, so best going back to your room to shower. Breakfast has a good selection & service was good. Good value for money.

No air con & record temperatures made life very uncomfortable. Breakfast was excellent with good selection of hot & cold food, All staff were well trained & friendly & very helpful. Our main problem was our room was at the front corner of hotel overlooking a main road & roundabout,the traffic noise was really loud and did not subside until after midnight,the hotel was full until our final day so changing rooms was not an option.

Une très belle chambre pour 4 (2 adultes 2 enfants) un très bon accueil. Piscine et salle de sport appréciable. Petit déjeuner copieux (français et anglais) les heures 8h/10h sont très bien. Le dîner est servi de 18h30 à 20h30 nous avons eu un buffet excellent. Des menus enfants sont possible. Utile : un parking gratuit à disposition. Très bonne expérience pour 2 nuits

The property is very dated. On arrival on a very hot day we asked if they had air conditioning that was a NO, we then asked for a fan for the rooms, we told they put on a list asked this for 3 days same reply. They have a nice indoor swimming pool but you cannot open the sliding doors due to bolts rusted in place. Pointed this out to reception, they said they would look at it, still in same position when we left 5 Days later. The overall needs money spending on it We found woodchip wallpaper in the rooms No USB sockets Wi-fi very dated Noisy rooms I brought these points up with the reception staff when checking out , only answer was They hoped we found it different when we next visited??

Mini Break.

We stayed here for 3 nights while we were on Jersey and this was just what we wanted. The staff we very friendly and very helpful and we would stay here again if on the Island.

Rooms are clean.... and warm. The heated pool is lovely. Mainly older guests stay. Perfect location for walking into st helier (10- 15 mins). Staff couldnt do enough for you. Food was good, a different selection every night. A nice bar with at least the basics of each type of drink.

Nothing to dislike about the Norfolk Lodge hotel. Staff were pleasent. Rooms were good standard. A lot of food options including the Bar meu and the buffet style dinner. A lot of options at breakfast including a selection of meats. Overall an excellenr place to stay. Would highly recommend.

Great hotel, lovely staff

Lovely hotel, the staff were fantastic and the whole place is spotless. The pool was a great facility and the evening entertainment an added bonus. There was plenty of food choices at breakfast although it wasn’t spectacular. We had dinner once in the hotel, which was slightly disappointing so maybe would avoid that but overall it was a fab place to stay.

The staff were very efficient, very helpful and friendly. I didn't try the restaurant for dinner, but I had some bar food - very good, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. My room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend.
