IT PROVIDES SOME OF THE BEST VALUE ON THE ISLAND AS IT IS LOCATED DIRECTLY ACROSS FROM THE BEACH ACCESS ON 8TH STREET. YOU CAN SWIM IN THE GULF AND ENJOY THE PRISTINE FINE SAND OF ST GEORGE ISLAND OR SWIM IN THE POOL, IT HAS THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS. THE COTTAGES ARE ABOUT A 15 MINUTE WALK TO THE CENTER OF THE ISLAND WHERE YOU CAN ENJOY RESTAURANTS, BARS, SHOPPING, AND WHATEVER ELSE YOU CAN FIND. Perfect spot for a ladies quick get-away. 8 blocks to the "main street', quick walk to the beautiful beach, lovely pool to cool off. Easy check in with property manager. Not the Ritz but comfortable and meets all needs.

My wife and I enjoyed the stay and have no complaints, although we did have a slight problem with plumbing, and it was handled expediently. We would like to give a special shout-out to Laura. She is a 5-star plus as a manager.

My husband and I brought our two teenage boys down. Great location!!! Easy check in!!! Laura and Emil were both awesome with communication! The beds were VERY comfortable and everything was just perfect! Could not have asked for more. Will definitely stay again and 100% recommend to anyone looking for a reasonably priced vacation rental on SGI!!!

This place is such a short walk to the beach! I loved being able to go back and forth from the beach to the house multiple times per day without much thought. The house wasn't fancy but had everything we needed. We rented a golf cart, bike, beach umbrella, and beach chairs and all were waiting for us when we arrived. We did not use the pool but it was clean and looked very inviting. Check in and check out was very easy. We will be back!

My husband and I used to come to the island every year. He died 5 years ago and this was my first trip back and my sister came with me (this was her first trip there). It was good to come back to the island and see that not too much has changed. I love the peace and the people there and will be back. As for the condo, the location is great!!! The furniture was uncomfortable and a little unclean. I gave the overall rating a 4 and will recommend the condo to others.

We enjoyed our visit. The pool was just steps away. The beach was a quick walk across the road ( which was not busy) to the walkover which was easy to walk on as there are no stairs. The cottage was small but met our needs. There was a nice starter supply of paper goods, toiletries and dish detergent .Amole supply of bath towels. It was clean.We hope to it rent again.

We travel a lot and have never been so happy with our rental experience. There is literally not one bad thing to say. Our room was adorable, so clean, organized, fully stocked, the beds were comfortable, the manager was beyond friendly and kept in contact answering every question I had. The pool was amazing and being right across the road from the beach was exactly what we were looking for! I could go on all day and if we decide to visit this island again we will be back to this location! Entire experience was 100 % delightful!
