The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is off the beaten path. Don’t walk home alone. The headboard in our room needs replacing. See photo. The bat them wall paper was very cute. The large in room fridge was great. The ice machines did not work on every floor.

We stayed at the AT&T Hotel for one night while attending the Lady Gaga concert in Austin. Although our stay was brief, we found the hotel to be beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located within walking distance of the Moody Center, which made our concert experience very convenient. Upon arrival, we hoped to spend a little time at the pool, but it was closed for renovation. While the website did mention ongoing renovations, it did not specifically indicate that the pool would be unavailable, which was slightly disappointing. That said, the hotel is in a great location, offers a quiet and pleasant atmosphere, and is an excellent choice for anyone planning to attend an event at the Moody Center.
