"The house was very nice and inviting. Charles is very responsive and answers questions quickly. He is extremely helpful and friendly. My granddaughters loved coming over to visit us at the house! There were plenty of games to play, the house was completely outfitted with everything we needed to make meals and eat. "

"One of the couches has 2 broken legs. So we had to avoid that I let the host know and they were good with communication. One of the rooms had no power we assume it was a breaker but are not sure told the host Friday said they would send someone out. And by Saturday night they had said there was no one that could come out. We understand electrical issues happen just would have liked to have gotten someone out to fix it."

"The house was clean and had the basics of what we needed. There was only decaf coffee, but everything else was well stocked.The backyard was in bad shape. Overgrown and two large holes in fence big enough for dogs to slip through, I was able to move backyard furniture to block the holes. There was trash in the back yard.Communication with the owner was good but the day we left we were notified that there was a damage claim. We still don’t agree with the claom but luckily had insurance."
