「Our room upon check in was rather disappointing. Cobwebs all around the door and windows, big yellow stain in the middle of the bedding. Fan in bathroom coated with dust, yellow/brown marks on the ceiling in bathroom. Fire alarm was disconnected. When I went to see if there were any other options, staff who checked us in gave me a number to call. Called number no answer and no way to leave a message. There was no one to help us with any of our issues or make anything better. No one called...
