- Private Dock & Canal Access – Over 100 feet of waterfront on a canal leading to the Intracoastal Waterway. Paddleboard, kayak, or launch your boat right from the backyard. Dock your vessel at the private floating dock or simply sit back and relax in front of the water.
- Hot Tub & Game Patio – Unwind in the jacuzzi or enjoy friendly competition on the shuffleboard table, all in a screened patio surrounded by tropical greenery. There’s even a small gym area with a stationary bike and free weights for a quick workout.
- Exclusive Boat Tours – Book a sunset cruise or water adventure with your friendly next-door neighbor — a licensed captain who offers private excursions directly from your dock (additional fee applies).

The Main Unit (Unit A) has parking for 4 vehicles and the front main door has a key code entry system for easy check in and check out. You also have water front access to the canal from the back yard of the house. Pier and 21' floating dock puts you right on the water and ability to stow your boat or easily launch kayaks and SUPs.

We offer a full concierge experience.

Paddle boards are available for rent. Reach out to host to have this option for your booking!

Watersports Boat is located on property and is used to take out guests for sunset cruise or water sport activities! This is a captained boat and is available for renting out. Reach out to host for booking!
