The Space:
The first building located within the desirable Hibiscus Oceanfront Resort community, guests of this spacious 2-bedroom home will enjoy beautifully maintained grounds creating a tropical paradise complete with 3 pools, one of which is heated, 2 jacuzzi spas, a fitness center, gas grills, tennis and pickleball courts, comfortable patio furniture, and a beachfront gazebo. Pack up your boogie board and sunscreen for a day by the shore, the beach just a short walk from your front door.
While the home offers a serene escape, the historic charm of nearby St. Augustine adds to the uniqueness of your vacation experience. Stroll through the quaint downtown area of the nation’s oldest city, where Spanish colonial buildings house charming boutiques, cozy cafes, and exquisite restaurants. Feel the gentle sea breeze as you explore the historic Castillo de San Marcos, or enjoy a leisurely boat ride along the Matanzas River, taking in the stunning views of the city’s skyline. • Dedicated parking available for 1 vehicle with additional parking for 1 vehicle on a first come, first served basis. Parking passes are required and will be located in the home upon arrival.
• Pet friendly! Maximum 2 pets allowed. A flat pet fee of $25 per pet will be required in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick up after your pet. Pets are not allowed on the furniture.
