Be one of the first to stay in this stunning newly remodeled home on a saltwater canal. Only 3 blocks to the beach.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make the perfect meal from appliances, cookware to tableware, you will have everything you need. So whether you are preparing a large meal or just sitting and enjoying a morning cup of coffee.

The master suite is equipped with an extremely comfortable king-size bed, a 42” HDTV, an en-suite bathroom with his and her sinks and jacuzzi tub.

The second has a bunk bed that is a full and twin size, and 32” HDTV. There is also a sofa sleeper for the kids or extra guests in the living room.

The home also features a covered patio that overlooks the saltwater canal.

Our rental also a full size washer and dryer, so you won’t have to worry about doing laundry when you get home.

Located just south of downtown St. Augustine and close to everything St. Augustine has to offer, you’ll be glad you chose to stay at our home.

The location of this property is amazing. The home is a great lay out. The owners of the home need to empty their belongings from , if they want guests to feel it is their home for the stay. It felt like the previous home owner passed, and rather than emtyithe home

Worse vacation ever: the dead dog vacation

When we drove through the neighborhood we thought we were going to shantytown. When we went inside to put our things away we found things that should not have been there i.e. the cremated remains of a golden retriever a personal vibrator and a sexual instruction book on how to have in a war zone. When we entered the house it smelled like chlorine which gave us the impression that it was clean but upon further inspection we found it not to be true! For instance when we mopped the floor it was filthy, the floors underneath the beds were nasty with large dust balls. The kitchen was horribly unorganized unclean and had to wash everything before we used the dishes. The refrigerator was so strong with bleach it had to be cleaned before we could use it. We had to live out of our suitcases because the drawers in the bedrooms were filled with junk and were unusable.
