The Host responded quickly when AC was not working in the living room portion. The pool was not very heated like it says in description but being able to just walk over the Breezeway and be on the beach was nice you do not have much of a view from your room due to the trees and brush butt it is on the first floor

Property exactly as described/pictured. Our stay was great, the unit is just the right size for two adults. We couldn't get any closer to the beach, which was our primary reason for choosing this rental. The pool was clean and had plenty of tables with umbrellas and chairs, and lounge seating. The two A/C units did their very best and kept us cool, but they are terribly noisy and run almost constantly. Seems like the whole complex has the same problem?Will keep this place on my favorites list!

The property is beautiful. Condo was nice could use more towels for longer stays and there was no washer or dryer in unit. There are 2 sets on diffrent floors but mostly in use so we had to travel to a laundry mat. The condo is very small but i would stay again. Overall it was a nice place and the manager was available if needed.

Our stay was excellent. Great accommodations, exactly as described. The host was attentive and welcoming. Great ocean view, easy access to pool and beach. Pet friendly for our best buddy too! The only problem was the trip came to an end way too soon! 10/10 recommend

Great beach access. I couldn’t see the ocean from my room, even tho it said ocean views ( I was on the bottom floor with high wall and foliage). The outdoor seating was not inviting. The room was adequate, but musty, and no dishwasher.

The place was perfect for our stay, it was warm and cozy, clean and had all the amenities we needed like a coffee maker, stove, etc. The beach was walking distance, about 3mins from the property. The owner was very informative and quick to reply when contacted. We will definitely rebook with this property when we return.

just a place to stay

good things - location nice beach area nice pool area the unit has been nicely updated the bed was fairly comfortable the hosts were responsive i loved the online screen in the unit for info and checking in and out not so good things - someone said it’s “compact” nice way of saying very small the kitchen has no counter space the stove is in the living area with no exhaust which means whatever you cook is everywhere there’s a giant sliding glass door that can only be locked with a pole neither of the giant tvs worked apparently due to internet issues the complex itself is like a giant maze to get the beach pet areas etc the “ocean view” can only be seen if you stand up on the patio chairs i would recommend only for someone young and only for 2 people you get what you pay for

Perfect Little Condo

We had an amazing time. Our fur baby (55lb rescue) throughly enjoyed her 1st trip to the beach as well. The host was excellent and quickly addressed any concerns. (Only concern we had was connecting to the Wi-Fi in living room, but host immediately addressed) Enough room to set up large dog kennel. Large TVs. Bed was super comfy. Great water pressure in shower. Pizza and ice cream across the street. The only complaint is the pool closed on the early side. Overall we would definitely stay here again.
