Cozy spot within walking distance to downtown!

I really enjoyed this place. The room is small but absolutely perfect for my trip. The bed was big and comfy, check in was a breeze, and my fav part was the location. I was able to walk everywhere I wanted to go. I definitely recommend this place for either a solo traveler or a couple who want to enjoy St Augustine without being exactly in the middle of the chaos. The hosts were so kind & helpful, and I would certainly stay again!

Cozy, great value, clean!

Lovely single room in a split level house/boutique inn. Cozy sheets, minifridge, microwave, everything was clean and well stocked. Location is also incredible for the value, you can walk directly to the main downtown drag in 5 minutes! We don’t use many amenities or take up lots if room time when we travel so this was perfect for us.

Single Night Visit to St. Augustine

Great little spot!

Great 3 day vacation- VRBO just as described , close to downtown but far enough so that it’s quiet ! No little grocer stores near by so keep that in mind. Great communication with the owners, very nice and responded quickly to our questions.. would stay here again- thank you!

Great Room

The room was clean, cute and perfect for what we needed. The area was quiet and truly a quick walk to downtown. Having a place to park was amazing because it was so easy to walk to the nights of lights. It was uneventful and perfect (:

Location location

Great spot to use as a home base to walk the city downtown. Stayed one night while passing through and found the place comfortable and convenient. Would stay here again.

Good for a short stay

Quiet and downtown

Lovely house with its little patio. Place was as described. Cosy, Clean and good king size bedding. Great and quiet location with walkable distance to restaurants, pubs and sites to see. I highly recommend that getaway place.

Nice little place

The hosts/management were exceptional; communicative and attentive. Place was as described. They took care to think of what the guests need. Good bedding. Big tv. Heat/AC. Ceiling fans
