Our house is limited up to 10 guests**, including children, ALL guests/visitors must be registered. Bedrooms complete with high end mattresses, stunning coastal decor and exquisite attention to details. Living room has a cozy couch, Samsung 70" SMART Crystal UHD 4K TV. Each bedroom has 55" Smart LED TV.

Our guests have said that they had the best sleep night in their life on our King size bed with a dual adjustable Sleep Number mattress. Master bathroom features double vanity, a shower and jet tub combo. Enjoy a spa-inspired relaxation experience and get cozy in extra-soft white towels provided.

2nd bedroom has a Zinus Queen size bed. The 2nd bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

Harry Potter themed bedroom has a Queen size bed with 55" flat screen Smart TV, DVD player with a complete set of Harry Potter movies, DVD game, entire collection of HP books, plenty of board games, playing cards, puzzles and even HP chess set. Staying at our home is a truly special experience with lots of HP collectibles, magical trinkets and knick-knacks to observe! Upon request, Harry Potter fans will receive their own personalized acceptance letter to attend Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Universal Studio Collectable Harry Potter dinnerware and drinkware sets are also available upon request.

Common area has a Queen size pull-out sleeper. For a group of 10 guests, we also provide two comfy twin size rollaway beds that can be positioned in any room of your choice.

Open-concept fully equipped gourmet kitchen is complete with ultra-modern stainless steel Samsung appliances, including Family Hub refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, electric stove, over the range microwave and a warmer. - Amazing setting for your family gathering!

Kitchen cabinets, drawers and countertops are stocked with everything you need to cook with, just like you do at home, from a Capresso 12-cup coffee maker & Keurig, tea kettle, toaster, blender and mixer, utensils, dinnerware, silverware, dishes, bakeware, and much more.

In a mood for a homemade meal? Publix grocery store is conveniently located just a mile down a road. Gather together in style around a large dining room table that accommodates 8 people and up to 4 people at the kitchen island. Corelle classic white dinnerware setting is provided along with a large variety of serving dishes/drinkware for your indoor and outdoor dining. You'll find plenty of pots, pans and all necessary cookware and utensils. Don't care to cook while on vacation? There are many world-class restaurants in the area.

Enjoy playing pickleball, tennis, basketball, bocce, flag football, soccer or biking, skateboarding and fishing? Then, our location is perfect for you! Treaty Park is just a couple of miles from our house. 3-acre lake with many nature trails also features a boardwalk from which you can catch-and-release fish.

We do not accept pets due to severe allergies of a family member.

* Optional pool heating for the duration of your stay is available for a fee $50/night or $300/week (October - April) payable 3 days prior to check-in.

* We cannot guarantee pool heat temperatures due to weather conditions. Unlike a hot tub, a heated pool does not imply that the pool will feel hot to touch, as weather and subjective perception vary. If the outside temperature falls below 60ºF, it can cause the salt chlorine generator to fail and the pool heating may not be available.

** Listing rates are for our standard 6-person occupancy. Please be transparent and include each person staying at the house in your reservation - nightly rate $25/person for guests over 6 apply.

Garage and shed are owner's private property and off limits. Driveway parking is available for upto 4 vehicles at any time during your stay.
