We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn't work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken, the guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s). Primary renter must be present on all bookings. There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved. * No boats, RV's/campers, conversion vans, jet skis, or trailers may be parked or stored overnight. Vehicles will be towed. Guests cannot receive mail or packages to the property, please reach out and we can coordinate an alternate delivery address, if necessary.
