Great stay. Terrible booking experience w/company managing 400 rentals. My husband, dog and I stayed while in town for a wedding. 2 days before, I emailed (using contact info provided) requesting check in info. The next day I called and reached a client services agent, who told me they didn't get an email (she didn't ask where I sent it from or to), and that I had to sign a contract before I could get the access code and final info for check in which supposedly had been emailed to me on Christmas day and another date. I went back and checked, those emails had no contract attached or direction to do this. Then I was told I must pay a pet fee. I have booked VRBO several times before when bringing my dog, I always thoroughly look through the listing for info about pet fees, weight limits, etc. and this listing had none of those. I have also NEVER had to sign or pay for anything outside of VRBO when booking. This was SO frustrating to deal with the day before our trip when I should have been packing instead. Binder at the front door had info like wifi password (which was wrong) and check out instructions, which did NOT match the info provided to me via email. On the last day I took the trash and recycling out to the bins, and found them completely full. The place was very nice, clean and had a hot tub that we used one night. The backyard neighbor had a dog that came to the fence and barked whenever we opened the back door, so my dog was kept on leash in the fenced yard.
