Dir Ocean Beach 2BR/2BA Condo-

  • This gracious ocean front two bedroom condo is very bright and breezy. Lots of sunshine and view. The second floor gives you an easy view of the Atlantic to the east and the inter-coastal to the west. Sunrise is really special from the master bedroom.

    The first level consists of the kitchen, dining/living room and patio that sits right in front of the two pools and the south Atlantic ocean.

    There are activities galore in the St. Augustine AREA. The beach at low tide must have 400 yards of pristine sand down to the water's edge. Water sports are popular as well.

    If touring the eternal city is your fancy, make time for lots of it as the city has blocks and blocks of history to take in.

    Cleaning Fee - For 1 month rentals the cleaning charge is $165.00

    summer rental is weekly from May 15 to August 15
