The fully equipped kitchen has been recently remodeled, featuring all-new appliances, including a stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher, accented with white cabinets and granite countertops. Enjoy brewing a morning cup of coffee, mixing drinks, or preparing a gourmet meal. If you need groceries, Publix is conveniently located just a mile away.

Pet Policy - We are happy to host your pets! Maximum of 2 dogs allowed, 40lb weight limit per dog, please reach out with any questions. We ask that you do not leave your dogs alone at the house for long periods of time, distressed animals can cause damage or excessive barking can upset neighbors. The beach is dog friendly, there are leash laws. On the balcony we have water and food bowls, also there is an outdoor shower to rinse off your dogs when returning from the beach. We will provide you with a list of recommended places that are dog friendly. Please tell us about your pet(s) when you request to book.

***Pet Fee - An additional pet charge of $40 per dog, per stay will be required.
No smoking in the property or on the patio.

*There is a $500 security hold that is released upon check out.
