This downstairs unit accommodates up to four guests across two bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed and soft linens. A pack-n-play is available for families traveling with little ones. The single bathroom includes a bathtub, hot water, and bathroom essentials, providing a relaxing spot to unwind after exploring the city’s historic sites.

Outdoor living
Enjoy peaceful moments on the front porch, where swing chairs invite you to relax and watch the neighborhood settle into the evening. Behind the home, the shared backyard features Adirondack seating - a quiet space to gather under the stars. Please note that the backyard is shared with the upstairs unit.

A fully equipped kitchen lets you cook and dine with ease. You’ll find a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and cooking basics ready for use. The dining table provides a comfortable space to enjoy meals and plan your next St. Augustine adventure.
