Overall we had a good experience with this condo. You can’t beat the spot, especially if you have kids. The bedroom doors let you wake up to the sunrise each morning and it’s only steps from the beach and pool. Great for families since the playground is right off the patio and super bonus that the walkway to the beach has no stairs (great if you need to lug a wagon with you). The little kid room/nook was a big hit with our daughter, and one bathroom has a bathtub. Washer/dryer in unit was a big bonus. The only issues were cleanliness and the answering service. We found leftover trash on the floors and sunscreen everywhere but everything else was fine. The answering service: our trip was delayed due to a hurricane and when I tried to call to inquire if our reservation was still good before departing, on a weekend, the man from the answering service was curt and actually hung up on me at the end. Then again - while we were staying a key to the condo fell out of our pocket on the beach and we were locked out right after 5pm. I had a crying infant and freaking out kid. I had to call 4 or 5 times (I think I was hung up on at least once) before the answering service picked up and the man on the line was not pleasant and seemed super annoyed that I called. Eventually he said he would look into it. Pretty sure it was the same person. On the flip side, the staff at the Club were great. The maintenance person showed up within minutes with a new key and offered to help get me in due to the kid meltdowns. When speaking with the daytime staff they were super nice (someone eventually turned in our key from the beach and they called to let us know). They were also very kind and courteous when calling to cancel/refund two days of our stay due to the weather.
