Relax in this cozy and comfortable downstairs apartment with patio in the middle of Historic Saint Augustine, just 10 minutes' walk from St. George walking street, in the very heart of Saint Augustine.

Don't worry about the struggle of downtown parking, PARKING IS FREE on site (2 designated spots for your apartment).

The unit is equipped with a full bath.

The amenities don't stop there! We have a fully equipped kitchen complete with pots, pans, utensils and a drip coffee maker with coffee, decaf, creamers, and sugar. We also have a washer and dryer on site, and we provide the soap for your convenience.

So many nearby attractions just steps (or a trolley ride) from the door including shopping on St. George St, restaurants and sandy beaches where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, small sailboats and more.

Check in was easy, the house was clean and comfortable. TV in each room was a nice bonus, and it's central location meant we could just leave the car parked all weekend and walk everywhere! It's also close to the hop on trolly

We had a wonderful stay in St Augustine. The house was perfect for my mom and I. The home is well cared for and so clean. It has everything you would be looking for during your stay. The owner is wonderful and so lovely when I had an issue that was my fault. She could have been more helpful or patient. It is so close to the college and St George St. making it a great location!

We were able to stay at this property for the Night of Lights and it was in a perfect location. Fit our family of three perfectly and the management was awesome. Would definitely stay here again.

Charming place close to downtown

This is my second time staying here. Its location is very convenient for walking downtown and enjoying all of the attractions. We were able to check out Night of Lights without dealing with traffic or trying to find parking.

Wonderful trip

We visited our granddaughter at Flagler college and we had the best time. The vrbo is in the perfect area. Beautiful courtyard and the room was wonderful. Everything was clean and Kristin was amazing to work with. I would highly recommend this place to stay.

Cute and charming little apartment. Very nice neighbors and conveniently located close to downtown attractions. I was out later at night with my daughters college parent weekend events and felt very safe walking around the neighborhood.

Our St Augustine trip

The location was great. We walked to most everything. The apartment was adorable and clean, lots of towels.The only thing I suggest is to have paper towels. We had a coffee spill the first day and had to clean it up with the kitchen towels. the kitchen towels.

Great spot walkable to Downtown

We loved this little apartment - it was well appointed and easy to get to. Parking was great and we walked or took trolley to everywhere we wanted to go. Tiniest kitchen smartly laid out made perfect sense for a vacation stay. Kirsten was so responsive and proactive for all the arrangements. We highly recommend this rental.
