Beacher's Oceanfront Balcony Suite with Onsite Front desk and staff

This 3rd Floor Balcony Suite Plus has got personality! Thoughtful decorations throughout remind you that you are at the beach. Turn up the tunes, relax and enjoy the amazing view from this 3rd floor balcony. There is a queen Murphy bed in the living room, along with a recliner and 42" Flat Screen TV. This Murphy bed incorporates the sofa; the sofa stays in place, you just remove the cushions and the murphy bed fold down between the couch arms. Because of this, the couch does sit lower to the ground. The kitchen has a four burner stove top with oven. A glass top kitchen table is the perfect spot to have a meal and enjoy the ocean view. The bathroom has the vanity and a walk in shower. The king bed in the private bedroom is comfortable and has laminate flooring. This condo is a favorite and if you want to bring your pet, this just might be the perfect condo for you. PETS ARE ALLOWED*. TWO PETS MAX. $75 PER PET. NON-REFUNDABLE.

View was wonderful even though it was very stormy due to Hurricane out in the Atlantic.Enjoyable to watch all the beautiful waves and changing sky. It did not dampen our fun watching all the while we were cozy in this room. Plan on being back next year for a longer stay.

We have stayed here several times and always have a great time with easy access to the beach. The only thing we didn't like this visit were the new doors. Everytime our neighbors went in and out of their front door it slams and it shakes our whole unit. The way the doors are designed makes them slam every time they close and you can't keep them open when moving your luggage or groceries in and out. So it's just constant slamming of the door which is disturbing for neighbors. Besides the doors everything else was great and the staff was very friendly.

Reviewer Comments: The staff is excellent,Devon, Ricky outstanding young men.The maintenance guy I think his name was Jason, very helpful, exchanged out our broken toaster.The the room is alittle old, the furniture is in my opinion junk and old. Needs replacing but I sure the owner gets every dime before exchanging. Was told by off the bed was just changed out and one chair. But for older people 60's of age to get out of chairs with wore out furniture makes it really hard.View was absolutely beautiful. Would not recommend 332. Mostly like will look for condo, I thought it was alittle high for off season compared to other prices.

There were a couple of housekeeping items that affected our stay:The kitchen was not equipped with enough pots, pans, knives, cutting board. There was only one electrical outlet in the kitchen and was located between the sink and fridge with no room to place coffee maker, toaster or anything else. This was a major problem. Made using any appliance in the kitchen dangerous. The ceiling fan speed adjustment was rusted and could not be changed. Room was clean and comfortable. I did like the walk in shower!

The house was filthy and dirty. The couches were very stained as well as the pillows. The walls and doors were dirty. The baseboards were dirty. The quilt was stained and I had to go buy blankets to sleep. No soap in the bathroom. The yard had trash all over it. The kitchen cabinets had food dripping down on a cabinet. It was overall very dirty. We only stayed 1 out of two nights because it was uncomfortable staying there because of the filth.

Family vacay July 2023

The property can benefit from added pet walk areas if it remains pet friendly and more than 2 washer/dryer areas but other than that it was very nice and as advertised. Our condo was big enough for my family of 4 and the beds were very comfortable. The view was amazing from our balcony as well. It was clean but the condo itself is VERY dated and old feeling…it definitely needs some cosmetic updates. The huge wicker shelf in the living room takes up a lot of space and only holds knickknacks, that space could be better utilized in my opinion. Also, the balcony door lock didn’t work and needs to be fixed. All in all we enjoyed our stay, loved the view and the quiet area of the beach. It was close to all the St. Augustine attractions without being surrounded by business. The staff were all friendly and accommodating.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have not been here in a while but it's where we usually stay when in st Augustine because we love the heated pool. This time the pool was really cold. I called the front desk....one person said it was being worked on and the second person said there was nothing wrong with the pool and the temperature was accurate. We also had to call twice for towels send toilet paper and finally got towels but that was it.

Was confusion on which unit we rented. Was given different room than confirmed, wasn't worth arguing. View was great but room was filthy. Upholstered furniture was dirty. Bottoms of our feet were black from walking on floor. Was told there were no housekeeping staff on so they provided us with a mop and bucket of dirty water. We also killed two cockroaches. Most likely won't return.
