Beacher's Oceanfront Balcony Plus with onsite Front Desk and Staff

Rich in vibrant colors throughout, this will be a 3rd floor Balcony Suite Plus you'll remember. The warm buttery cream and complimentary sage, set a calming tone for your next vacation. The furnishings are kept current and updated, including a queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress and 37" Flat Screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a flat top stove and a convection microwave oven. The kitchen is set up so that you can enjoy the ocean view while preparing or enjoying meals at the glass top table. The bathroom was recently remodeld with new tub, tiled walls and medicine cabinet over a new vanity. The private bedroom is rich with a lovely coordinated bedroom suit, wood floors, a comfortable king size bed and a 32" standard TV. This condo is completely coordinated to make for a most enjoyable stay. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED Minimum age to rent is 21 years old

quick weekend getaway

location was great, perfect view, very clean. I would definitely stay here again when we plan on a last-minute trip. Room/ accommodations were perfect for what we needed. It was cold and the heat worked great! I have no complaints at all, and I would recommend staying in 320 for sure to anyone who needs a place.

Overall good, except for one major thing

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check-in was easy, and the unit was as we expected. The view from the balcony was incredible, and access to the beach was great. The only issue we had was a machine that was left in the room by maintenance. We assumed it was cleaning the air or dehumidifying, so we didn't give it much thought. However, after being in the unit for several hours we looked at it closer and did a google search to see what it was. We discovered that we should not have been in the room while it was running. In fact, the unit should have been vacant for at least 2 hours after the machine was turned off. My friend had been coughing some and had some eye irritation, which we later realized was due to this machine. We immediately turned off the machine and opened the screen door to air things out. Since all this happened late at night, we were unable to contact the office, but took the machine to them first thing the next morning. We got an apology from the clerk at the counter, but nothing else was said about it. I know mistakes happen, but this seemed like a big one to us. Also, this mistake was a maintenance issue, not an issue with the actual unit. Overall, the unit itself was good.

We enjoyed everything about this space. It was clean, it had all we needed, the view from the balcony was beautiful, and the location, close to the beach, was so convenient. We didn't want to leave it. We hope to be back again some day.

Although their condo was newly renovated and modern, ours did the trick. I will say we paid twice the amount a night that they did. (Found that out too late). The room itself was spacious enough. It had a pool that was nice and the beach was our backyard. I will definitely stay again, but will likely search for one of the private owned units.

The staff was really nice and we had a great view of the ocean every morning when We woke up. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony and walks on the beach. Good restaurants nearby too.

Beautiful, clean, and just right!

We absolutely loved our stay. This was our first trip to St. Augustine, and we couldn't be happier. Crescent Beach is just lovely - quiet, clean, and calm. The condo had a great balcony view and a very comfortable bed (my two musts!). Beachers Lodge has their own office management, so check in was easy, and they were always available if needed. Super friendly. We enjoyed a few days in St. Augustine, as well as the little tour to Fort Matanzas just 5 mins away. If you go, get there when they open at 9 to ensure you get your tickets before they are gone (it's free!). Also went to the Alligator Farm, which was really cool. Will definitely be back!

Exciting Hurricane stay

We had to have the hurricane shutter down for a day so no view of ocean but that part was not anyone's fault and it was for our safety. We will be going back asap. Have stayed here about a dozen times and want to stay here at least once a month. Better in every way than a motel or hotel and way more bang for your buck than anywhere else beachside, Added BS fees that airbnb charges people. Management is very attentive, helpful and friendly. They will do anything to make your stay a wonderful one. This place can not be beat.

Not what I expected

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I called to make a reservation and explained I had a boat in tow . I asked if there was parking for my truck and boat as I was not going to disconnect the boat as it was loaded with fishing tackle . I was told yes plenty of parking no problem as our property is under construction and half the property isn’t open for rentals . Upon arrival I was not greeted very happily and told I can’t have my boat in the parking lot . After I explained I was told I could the receptionist said ok no problem . Then I get a call 2 days later from the ( manager ) that I need to move my boat down the street to a lot amd pay for parking. I explained I had been now told by 2 different employees that it was ok . She said sorry it can’t be there . I told her I would be leaving 4 am the next day amd she said sorry can’t have it . I went to the office in person to discuss but manager was not there . I left my room number and said please have her call me . Never heard back . I took the time to count 64 open parking places . There was scaffolding on the building , dumpsters in the parking lot the pool was closed on Monday for construction on the building . I paid full rate no questions asked but was harassed for having a boat in the lot that I was told I could have . Staff was very unpleasant in the office . My truck amd boat were parked out of the way and there were plenty of parking spaces open . My truck and boat were by no means an eye sore . The place is under full construction, you wound think they wound be happy to have a paying customer .

The room had blackout curtains so my husband could sleep in. The only “glitch “ was the unit had basic cable so there were no ESPN & SEC channels. My husband loves his football.
