⭐ Pet Policy
• Pet-friendly with prior approval required!
• We allow up to 3 dogs.
• Pet fees apply: $150/pet/stay.
• Please review our full pet policy in the House Rules section to ensure a paw-sitive experience for everyone.

Kindly Note!
• For your peace of mind, surveillance cameras are located around the exterior of the house (front, sides, and overlooking the pool equipment). No inside cameras.
• Noise monitors inside and outside the house do not record voice or conversation, they only monitor decibels.
• We provide free parking on the premises (our driveway can fit up to 4 cars).
• BBQ Grill and an empty extra propane tank are provided. Guest are responsible for exchanging the propane tank at the local stores for use.
• The heated pool feature is available for an extra $20/night or $400/month (offered from October till May). Please let us know at least a week before check-in if you would like to purchase the pool heating feature. Note: Pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed, especially if the weather drops below 60 degrees.
• For your comfort, our home is treated quarterly by a professional pest control company. However, due to our tropical climate, you may still see the occasional bug. Please keep doors and screens closed to minimize this.
• For the security of our guests, every guest MUST be included in the reservation. Undisclosed guests can put your stay at risk and will incur additional charges.
• Liability/Risk: Hosts are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur on or off the premises. By booking, you agree to assume the risk associated with using the property and its amenities.
