"I had a great stay and would recommend this place; however, we were initially allocated a room that had a strong cigarette smell, so we had to change rooms.
Unfortunately, the second room also had a foul odor, reminiscent of cigarettes. Additionally, there was a strange bleach smell throughout our entire stay, which may be related to the cleaning products used.
On a positive note, the staff were very polite and friendly, and room service was excellent. The room itself was airy, spacious, and...
"I stayed at the hotel recently and had a wonderful experience. The staff, especially Chaha and Dhiran, were outstanding. Chaha was extremely sweet, polite, and caring in her behaviour, which made me and My Wife feel so comfortable. Dhiran was also very professional, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Their service really stood out and made our visit memorable. Truly grateful for such warm hospitality. will Visit Again Soon,Highly recommend..👌"

"Staff were all lovely including the day pool guy and also the night security man! Shower was warm and powerful and air conditioning worked well. Rooms needed tidying up a bit as there were lots of marks on walls but it this was rectified it would give it an excellent rating "

Personalet var hele tiden meget hjælpsomme og opmærksomme på, om der var noget, vi manglede, eller som ikke var i orden. Alt var bare helt OK, der var daglig rengøring og den aftalte morgenmad var dagligt på Ocean Grill i stueetagen. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hyatt centric. Our room was upgraded upon arrival. Customer service exceeded expectations. Breakfast had a massive variety. The small breakout area near the reception makes noodles and has a nice selection of cakes and pastries. Recommend without reservation "

"It was a family trip and we stayed four nights. The property is located approx.10-15 mins walk from Calangute beach. The property is maintained in very good condition and most of the rooms have balcony with swimming pool view. The rooms as well as common areas were clean and maintained well with good horticulture in the compound area. Overall ambience of the property is vibrant and gives positive vibes. The staff were very cooperative and especially the owner who takes care of every guest by her own. Recommended for stay."
