BED Phrasingh was in an ideal location near Wat Phra Singh and near the main road of the old city. The breakfast was great, a good variety of Thai and western options. Fresh fruit and coffee/tea complimentary all day as well as free water in coolers positioned throughout the hotel. Also the "minibar" was free of charge and stocked daily. The pool was nice and clean. It was great hotel in a great location at a great price.

We absolutely loved our stay there! Such fantastically nice service. A lot more included in the room than they advertise up front, tons of snacks and drinks, etc. Rooms are beautifully kept classic designs, with extremely high ceilings. Staff is up there for the best staff I've ever had the pleasure of staying with. Just extremely kind and helpful, with a good sense of humor, and never overbearing or "too present".

Beautiful colonial style hotel rooms with an amazing view of the mountains in a bustling part of Chiang Mai. The street can be loud but name somewhere in a city that’s always dead quiet. Awesome spot to check out Sunday night market as well and the staff are super nice

Nice decor inside… classic European feel in common areas and stairways. Amazingly helpful and friendly staff during all (morning, afternoon, and evening) shifts!!! We stayed almost a week with breakfast included in our package. The breakfast area is open with friendly staff and two friendly cats. Menu varies daily and food are make to order. Plenty good coffee shops and restaurants close by.

The hotel is tiny - maybe 12 rooms. It's very quiet and clean. Cafes, shops, and temples within a short walk. The room was small and clean. It had everything I needed - especially a big, clean, shower with hot water.

SO glad we found this bed and breakfast to stay in. This was my favorite place of all the rooms we stayed in Thailand! The staff was phenomenal. Absolutely the most amazing customer service of my life. I have never in all my years been treated as good as I was at this hotel. Amazing staff, beautiful rooms, gorgeous atmosphere. I felt like I had walked into a proper Thailand resort the way the hotel is decorated. The room I stayed in the first night wasn't good enough so they upgraded me free of charge. Absolutely will be staying here again next time I am in Chiang Mai.

We are a family of 4 and booked a suite, which was more than enough for us (two large bedrooms and living room). The hotel itself is amazing. Traditional Thai Chinese architecture, incredibly serene. Many small gardens throughout the hotel, and I found myself taking drinks there just to relax and enjoy the serenity. The hotel is very convenient to all local attractions and staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.

The staff was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive. Every morning, they asked about our plans for the day and provided us with useful travel tips and suggested places to see. They informed us about the different transportation options and approximate cost. They also arranged a taxi ride from the hotel to get us to airport on time.
