"Great hotel in great location. They offer free parking so you don't need to buy that package in Expedia, I did LOL. parking is across the street, through alley in front of a small Buddha temple. Or if you lucky, street parking in front of hotel (good luck). Hotel restaurant food were all great. Online menu showed cocktails but when we asked, if I understand correctly, only on certain days. Everything was great. Staff were great. Would stay there again. "

"Thank you so much Le Naview @ Phrasingh!! Our family of four stayed here in March in an interconnecting room and we cannot rate this hotel highly enough. The staff are outstanding, the food is excellent, and the rooms are clean and spacious. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Chiang Mai old city."

"The staff were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The hotel has a very tranquil feel and is tucked into a quiet street, but it is still very close and walkable to everything you need. They have an afternoon tea time with snacks which is nice when you’re hanging by the pool. The pool was a nice temperature so I think they heat it slightly (I went in March) - I had heard other travellers say the pools at their hotel were too cold to swim in. The exercise room is minimal but they have dumbbells up to 10 kgs each and a basic weight machine and a few cardio machines. The included breakfast was nice with a lot of options. Overall if I ever went back to Chiang Mai I would definitely stay here again. "
