"There is a wedding/event venue ~100 ft away that plays loud bass-heavy music for hours. On Saturday from ~5–10 PM, we couldn’t use the outdoor space—we had planned to bbq and read, but it was too loud. This directly conflicts with the quiet, secluded experience the listing suggests. For what it’s worth, the noise was also very loud inside the cabin as well. Additionally, there is a heater unit that guests are instructed not to touch, which made a loud buzzing noise throughout the night and repeatedly woke us up. Neither of these issues are disclosed in the listing. If you’re expecting a peaceful stay, especially on weekends, this is not the place."

"It was cool, in a great area, but had some drawbacks. Water pressure wasn’t good, the directions for trash and how to get there were not the best. Also no air conditioning. "

"The view was beautiful, absolutely loved seeing the horses, not to mention how peaceful it was and the house was perfect, clean, and setup for our arrival. I had one small issues there but I messaged the people from the property and they helped me really fast and communicated beautifully. "

The house had lots of space was very clean and ample supplies and towels were provided.The hot tub on the deck was a wonderful amenity and appears to be kept up very regularly as someone came to maintain it while we were there. Check in was smooth as was checkout. We would definitely stay here again. "
