"This is such a great place to stay while in State College. The hotel is beautiful, it is in the downtown area, it is next to a Target store on one side and a bagel shop on the other side. Breakfasts have lots of choices, there is always coffee and hot chocolate available in the lobby. I love staying here."

"We don’t have the best experience. We got the jetted tub king room. The only good thing was the bed was comfortable and sheets were clean. There were ants on our desk and all through the coffee supply. The tub had to be cleaned before we used it. The shower head wasn’t even tall enough to use, and I’m 5’2”. The check in clear was fine but the check out lady didn’t even apologize for the ants. She just said I’ll have to document that. The hot tub in the pool area wasn’t even filled. We swam in the pool but they had a cleaning robot in which could have been used during pool closed hours. We went down to get some breakfast and the fruit that was out looked like it was 2 weeks old. The waffles had no flavor and my husband’s coffee had about 1 inch of grounds in the bottom of the cup. We checked out early because we were so disgusted. I will not return and I will never recommend anyone to stay."

"Front desk Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The coffee bar was fantastic. But there was no elevator which was surprising and Bathrooms were dated and had rust stains throughout even in tub. Nice location and property close to PSU. "
