Hotel did not have my PREPAID reservation

I was asked for feedback from Expedia by email on Aug 1. Not doing a second one. Maybe I am beginning to see why the hotel didn't have my reservation. Very disappointed in this whole transaction.

Do not stay here!

They had no iron. When I asked how long it takes for the room to heat up, since it was very cold in there and below freezing outside, he said "No one has ever complained about that room before. Nobody means nobody." He then sent a space heater with me to take back to the room. The walls were cinder blocks, the window unit blew hot then cool air when it was on the highest heat setting. Everything was mismatched and the bathroom was in rough shape. WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!! Horrible!!!

nice looking room-disappointing service/amenities

manager was informed I'd be checking around 9 PM. the office was closed; however, the manager had me conduct checking (forms/etc) through a window in the wall - he in the warm office and me standing in the freezing temps outside!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I mean; REALLY???? we requested a nonsmoking room but the room assigned had too much smoke to stay in so stood in the cold again and requested another room... next room was very nice in appearance EXCEPT first use of the commode and it backed up! ....also, microwave did not work properly.,., AND there was no channel guide for the TV.............. as the room was prepaid through expedia - we felt we had no choice but to stay.... we learned to NEVER book or prepay through EXPEDIA again; further, we will advise all friends/relatives to avoid a situation like this again!

仮設の建物のような作りで、ドアの周りからは隙間風が吹き込み、エアコンもほとんど機能しないひどいものです。 利用客があまりいないため配管の温度も下がっているせいか、お湯もかなり長い時間水を出しっぱなしにしないと出てきません。 スタッフもやる気がなさそうで、見ている方が疲れてきます。

I felt like I was in a prison cell.

I was not satisfied. When I got there, I had to check in through a side window and was handed a key and said basically to go find my room. When I got into my room, it's all cement. I stayed during the winter and I don't think those rooms could ever possibly heat up. I called the front desk to see if it could get warmer, but they never answered. I finally got the heat to turn on about 45 minutes later and it never warmed up the room. Also, there's no closet and no overhead lighting really. It's also very loud with outside noises.

Disappointing from the outset. No TV channel guide available in room or in Office. Unable to watch any Cable News Channels. Room was clean, but electrical outlets need repair or replacement. Difficulty turning the bedside lamp on or off. No hot water in bathroom.

Got what I paid for

This wasn't the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. It was fairly clean. It seemed quiet. It was just old and cheap. There was an occasional smell that I would get while lying in bed. I checked for bedbugs and didn't find any. The hot water took forever to get hot. I literally had to turn the knob two and a half rotations for any hot water to show up. I wouldn't stay there again if I could help it but it was a last minute purchase for a convention in a small town.

Quick overnight stay

We arrived before check-in but were able to go directly to our room. From the outside appearance, we were a little skeptical but were pleasantly surprised by the interior. It's an older motel and looks like it but the owner's pride is apparent with the interiors. We thought we were going to be the only folks there but by time we got back from our grandson's football game, the parking lot was rather full. It was nice and quiet...has a microwave and small refrigerator plus a TV. Again, it's just a place to spend the night...and we'd return if there's a football game there next year!

The Ritz of Budget Motels

This motel was perfect for us. Close to the airport and very quiet. The room was very clean and more than adequate. Much more than we expected from a budget motel. While Best Budget Inn is not the Ritz Carlton, it CERTAINLY is the RITZ OF BUDGET MOTELS. Clean, quiet, comfortable, convenient, friendly and affordable, what more could one ask for.

A place to sleep and shower.

At first it seemed clean but then when I took my shoes off and walked across the carpet my feet were black and sticky feeling. The water in the shower was either way too hot or way too cold. You couldn't hardly get it in between. The air conditioner would blow out cold air and then it would blow cool air. Needless to say I didn't get much sleep due to being hot.

Best. Bed. Ever.

The bed in this room was absolutely amazing. The room was in great shape, and had plenty of room. Did I mention how amazing the bed was yet? It felt like angels were holding us up on a bed of clouds. We didn't drift to sleep, we floated there. It was awesome. The staff was friendly, even brought us coffee while we were packing up the car to leave. Now that is service. Easy access from the interstate, had me back on the road in no time the next morning.

Horrible Service

The people at the front desk were extremely rude. To make the stay even better, the toilet leaked and flooded the bathroom. When I reported this to them, they said it will be fixed, and left us staying in a flooded room for 24 hours.
