「I never received info on how to access the property. VRBO handled it great, but this owner and property I was never able to access after paying. 」

「Bathrooms not in good shape and in need of repair. Need a coffee maker and coffee set up. Housekeeper was super nice. 」

「The doors to enter the unit, bathrooms and bedroom doors would not open or close properly. The door that gets you into the unit has been stripped of wood in some places, which didn't make us feel safe. The hot water on the main floor didn't work.. The place is in a central location and has been updated; however, the essentials of door closures, hot water, was very disappointing.」

「Little to no communication. Bathroom floors and dishes were dirty. Three forks, four plates, and a few random bowls were in the kitchen. We had to use plastic silverware. I really wanted to provide my college kids a home cooked meal while I was in town but we ended up having to order and reheat. No check out documents were provided even after they were requested. The common area was very noisy until late in the night- most of the windows looked out onto this area. 」

「This was the perfect location for our visit to Statesboro. Close to the Georgia Southern University campus and to downtown restaurants.The property is well-maintained, clean and comfortable.」

「Perfect location and quick response to supplies needed. Normal upkeep needed to make the stay more comfortable. Will go back. 」
