We thoroughly enjoyed this home. Other then going up to local bar and grills couple blocks away for appetizers and a drink we never wanted to leave the property. It has everything you need.

Needed a single night after a 2 week holiday. Property is extremely well presented and facilities are excellent. Only negative was not recieving any check in instructions due to a technical outage. This was dealt with brilliantly by the host once made aware.

We have been using VRBO exclusively for about 14 years now, from Scotland to Hawaii. We have stayed probably 2 dozen different place at in a number of very nice properties.This home was quite lovely in a pleasant, safe and quiet neighborhood. I will say this property tops the list as far as comfort and amenities. The house was lovely and had everything you would expect from a conscientious owner. This property went above and beyond with numerous items that you would like to find and numerous items that reflect the owners pride in his property.I have no hesitations in recommending this property or the owner if you are considering a visiting the Gulf coast area.Thanks so much for your conscientious and considerate hospitality.

Cute place with lots of fun

This property is cute and really clean. It has kayaks and a pedal boat plus a jacuzzi and corn hole for hours of fun outside. The kitchen is fully stocked. Everything is well-kept and well thought out for a fun family weekend!It was little disappointing because there’s actually no beach in Hernando Beach, but that’s my fault for not doing my research. The good thing is there’s plenty to do at the house!

Great experience

I enjoyed staying at this house. The host and maintenance manager had really quick communication. There was an issue where the downstairs bedroom (separate from the rest of the house upstairs) lock wasn’t locking properly. Although the issue was unable to be fixed this weekend, the host was super communicative and speedy to come by and try to fix the issue.
