Family vacation

Property was very clean and located with a view of Lake Anna. Screened in porch was so relaxing for coffee in the morning and enjoying the view. Property manager was very helpful when we contacted her. We will stay here again when we come back to Lake Anna. 😊

Perfect house and property for our family

We had a wonderful week at your house. Fished off the dock and floated on rafts, our granddaughter loved the playground, and we played basketball and pickleball on the basketball court. The house was also great…well-stocked, clean, comfortable, and roomy. The kids area in the basement was wonderful! We really enjoyed our stay!

All the amenities!

Great family reunion spot! And although we did not have small children, there were plenty of family games/toys for all ages! And the kayaks were an awesome addition :) Super clean and well maintained, good wifi and right on the water where other family members on the lake could pull up their boat. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again! Thanks Ryann!

Another great summer trip to the Lake!

This is our 3rd time staying at Ryann's place and it does not disappoint! The layout works well for our two families with 5 teens, with plenty of room to be together for game nights & movies or spread out a bit. I love the fact that we can all eat dinner at the same table. The covered dock with overhead fan is wonderful and it is just a quick ride or kayak across to rent a boat or jet skis (we did both). Communication before and during our stay is always great and Ryann is super responsive. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking appliances, including even an Instapot and a large griddle. With this gem being only an hour from home, I'm sure we will be back!

Couldn’t have been better!

The house is spacious and extremely well equipped. Every kitchen gadget you can think of is there! Outside furniture is plenty and all in good condition. The dock was great & we had a boat with us the whole time. Still plenty of space for our group of 11. Paddle boards and kayaks were used everyday & the kids had so much fun. We needed NOTHING while we were there - the house & yard was enough to entertain us for the entire stay. Fire pit, pool table, games and Beautiful lake views. Absolutely would return and stay again!

Best Family Trip Location

This house was perfect for our family of 10. We had 2 grandparents, a family of 4 with 2 kids in elementary school, and another family of 4 with 2 teenagers. There was plenty of space for all and no one felt like they were on top of each other. Every night we all sat down to dinner together. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances, cookware, dishes, and plenty of silverware. They also provided dishwasher tabs, dish soap, sponges, dish towels, paper towels, and cleaning sprays. Having 2 refrigerators was helpful with 10 people. The kids and adults were never bored due to so many activities provided. We used the SUP, kayaks, noodles, boat ramp, and life vests. The pool table/ping pong table was always in use. That is a must for any house rental! Ryann was very prompt and great with communication before and during the trip. They thought of everything to fully stock the house! We plan on making this an annual family gathering at this house. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Another great week at Lake Anna

This was our second summer at Ryann's place. As occurred the first time, she was very responsive before and during our stay. This area of the lake works out well for us - close enough to the marina to be able to easily rent jet skis but also in a no-wake/out of the way area where we could enjoy just floating in tubes tied to the dock, practicing on the paddle boards or letting the kids swim without being concerned that they were going to get in the way of boaters. Drinking my coffee from the screened in porch is my favorite activity, followed closely by lazy days hanging out on the dock. We caught many catfish and brim from the dock in the evenings and I got some great sunrise and sunset pictures. Wasn't anything we needed but didn't have - I purposely only shopped for half the week's meals because the Food Lion is only 10 min away (The MooThru is only a few min further if you need some hand-dipped ice cream!). Wifi was sufficient for what we needed and enough that I could livestream the Women's World Cup games in the mornings on the main TV. Like last time, I appreciated the plentiful blankets, pillows and towels. Always nice to have the ability to do laundry and although I had brought detergent, Ryann also had that available. Love the big table for family meals or rounds of "Exploding Kittens" or Texas Hold'em. Don't imagine this will be our last trip to this great property!

Good Stay

Check in was a little hard at the time but property management was very helpful, kitchen had just about everything needed ( electric hand mixer would be nice). Wi-Fi was even accessible at the dock. There was a lot of boat traffic but being so close to the marina was not bad. Grandkids caught plenty of fish from the dock area and enjoyed the swimming area. And yes the last two steps down into the lake is very slippery. We enjoyed our stay

Location amazing

We had a great time the house is perfect for 16 people Plenty of parking, marina right across the lake for launching. Water is deep by the dock.House had everything that you needed and more. I loved having the filter and softener such an added bonus. Screened in porch was the hang out… would totally stay again

Beautiful, relaxing family vacation

The house was larger than it looks in the pictures and was very comfortable. We spent most of our time on the screened porch and in the dock area. Everyone (including our 3 & 4 yo grandchildren) loved the lake and felt safe with the house's life jackets in the low traffic, no wake cove. We made good use of the kayaks and stand up paddle board. The 4 yo was thrilled to catch a lot of fish. The partially covered dock provided shade for sunny days. We enjoyed a day exploring the lake on a pontoon boat, rented from the convenient marina right across the cove. (An accessible water source outside would have made clean up easier.) The grocery store and restaurants were close by. We cooked all our meals but one in the bright, well-equipped and clean kitchen which was plenty large enough for several of us to use at the same time.We all appreciated the children's area with toys and games. I didn't even need to unpack most of the toys I brought.

Beautiful, family-friendly lakeside retreat

What a beautiful, comfortable and convenient lakeside home. The house was perfect for our teens, with lots of room to spread out. The basement game room was a big hit. The dock and water were lovely. We loved our stay.

Great place for weekend getaway

This place is great for a weekend getaway. Very clean and easy check in. And you can’t beat the location and access to the water. Amenities were great too with pool table, ping pong, movies, etc. We loved the screened in porched. Kept the bugs out. We would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous peaceful stay by the lake

This house is absolutely stunning! The open living room with adjoining kitchen was perfect for our extended family get-together providing us a place overlooking the lake while we enjoyed discussion in "catching-up" with extended family. Bedrooms were very comfortable and accommodations were perfect. This property met all of our needs and more.

Relaxing Getaway!

Great stay!!

He house is very well equipped and clean. The dock was perfect for our 23ft boat and the kids loved jumping off the end of it. Lake Anna Vacation

This home is even better than the pictures. We spend a lot of time at Lake Anna every summer, renting many homes. We found this house meets all our needs in and out the water. However the home could use a deep cleaning or better cleaners!

Just what we needed

This was a perfect location and great place if you are looking for a quiet place on the lake. We had 7 teenagers with us and they could not get enough of the water and the pool table. A definite recommendation.
