The space

Here is the quick summary of our home! Three rooms are upstairs with only one room downstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped and next to the dining space, game room and large upstairs living room. There is a large bathroom with double vanities upstairs and an additional bathroom downstairs with full sized washer and dryer. The house is very clean, spacious and uncluttered yet incredibly comfortable with great WiFi and two smart TVs. There is two garage parking spaces with ample driveway and street parking. We have a fenced backyard with TWO playsets, BBQ, dining space and fire pit. The house is located in a very safe and quiet neighborhood within 15 minute walking distance to River State Park or just a quick 3 minute drive. This home is located within minutes of all Spokane has to offer. We have infant/toddler items, so that you can pack light.
