  • Welcome to The Beacon, a spacious, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house situated in Spennymoor, a short distance from Durham City Centre. The location is perfect for groups, families, couples, and professionals working in the city centre with local bars and restaurants just a short stroll away. The property is also close to the A167 and A1 making it easily accessible and Spennymoor offers numerous supermarkets, bars and places to eat. The location is ideal for visitor’s/families that want to explore Weardale and its surrounding areas of beauty.
    Our team is available before and during your stay if you need anything, from a question about your arrival to help with the apartment while you’re here.
