「Lake house was clean, and beautifully decorated. We had a fun relaxing time fishing from the dock and drinking coffee on the porch in the rocking chairs. Added bonus was the electronic basketball game under the carport. The home was stocked with everything you needed and more! Would definitely stay there again.」

「We really enjoyed staying at the Tar Heel House. It was just what we were looking for on our long weekend getaway with friends and family. 「The description of this place dosen't do it justice. It has everything you could want for a waterside vacation. The kitchen is the best equipped facility we have ever had in any rental. 「The property owner was very responsive to any issues we had during our stay. Parking in front was a bit tricky with the build up at the road, but having the additional parking in the back helped. Only real downside was that the outlets in two rooms weren't working, no matter how many times we flipped the breaker. Home was spacious and suitable for our needs for the weekend. Thanks!」

「Enjoyed a nice weekend with my adult son and my dog Lily at this log cabin that was located halfway between where both of us live. It was a bit rainy, but we were able to enjoy some nice walks outside. We enjoyed cooking together, playing games, and watching movies. We especially enjoyed being able to hang out on the porch, where there was a nice breeze.」
