「Excellent communication! Clean! Close to restaurants! Will def stay again!」

「Convenient, clean, very friendly staff, many nice walking paths and routes a few minutes away. The only downside is noise. During both stays, noisy trucks in the parking area started up between 6:30-7:00am and idled for at least 15 minutes before departing. If you wake up and get on the road early this is not an issue. If you’ve had a busy day and are looking to sleep in a little, this can be disruptive. Nonetheless we will still select the Best Western Black Hills Lodge when we visit the area...

「We didn't like the floorplan of the room. The vanity area outside of the toilet/shower room was too small and the vanity was too low. The door to the shower/toilet room opened inward so that it blocked the shower door. It was just all too small. The hallways outside the rooms were narrow and scratched up. 「デビルスタワー観光のため利用。 部屋の広さもアメニティも充分ですが、朝食は付いてないです。 ホテルにレストラン＆パブは併設されているので、食事は困ることはありませんでした。 ラピッドシティ⇒デビルスタワー⇒イエローストーンなんかのドライブ計画だと、途中にあまり町がないので、ホテルの選択肢は少ないです。そのためか、料金は高めの設定です。」

「Stayed three nights for work. Spent a lot of time in the lobby and used the tables that were equipped with power for computers and phones. Excellent idea and very helpful to have. The rooms were great! Loved the bed. Very comfortable. Great stay! Definitely stay again.」

「In a word, EEWW! My room was old and dirty and had a smell to it. The bed and pillows were dated and the bed didn't have a mattress pad on it. The walls are thin and voices can be clearly heard thru them. The pool was closed permanently. The best thing about was the lower rate, but still too high for what they're offering.」

「Stayed in 410. There was a noise from the roof all night long. The room’s entry way was sticky and the glasses in the room were dirty. Probably best to offer disposable cups. The room was modern, not like the old tired rooms you find at other hotels in town. I really wanted to give this new establishment a 5 star rating but because of the noise all night long, I cannot. When we first checked in the front desk was very kind and helpful. Offered us a drink of our choice and offered free play...

「On arrival parking was atrocious, directed to another lot, while it was hailing. Front desk clerk was not helpful at all, had a bit of an attitude and did not assist with assigning a proper room. The hotel appears newish. Half the rooms are on the busy highway, and windows do not block sound. My friend stayed in room on the old Main Street, and was woken by horses walking by at 530. In other words, do not expect a quiet room. The shower was lacking, it looked fancy but was not very good with...

「This was a great hotel, clean, safe, and very helpful and friendly staff. There’s a couple of restaurants in the hotel, Flyt steakhouse was a stand out. The food was so good, and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Deadwood.」

「The staff at Spearfish Canyon Lodge and Roughlock Falls Restaurant never tried to charge me a fee to use my Visa DEBIT card! The restaurant Cheyenne Crossing did try and charge me a fee to use my debit card, which is a federal offense. Different rules apply to charge card vs. debit cards. 「The hotel was very nice. Rooms were very clean and roomy. The layout of the room was a bit different. Bathroom was in front of the bed so when you were in the bathroom there was no privacy and it woke others from the light being turned on. There was no trailer parking on site which was not stated on the website when booking the hotel. We had to park at a public parking lot and was not able to leave the trailer there when wanting to go sight seeing. Had to take truck and trailer with which was...
