「We really enjoyed our stay. It was exactly what we wanted! We felt isolated from the world but had enough to do around us that kept us thoroughly entertained. The hot tub wasn’t one of those run down ones, it was nice, fancy, and worked like a charm. The grill needed cleaning but that’s usually the case with most rental grills. It also came with all ware so we didn’t need to bring anything except charcoal, light fluid, and firewood/kindling for the fire.」

「Overall the stay was nice. We enjoy the Boone area and this cabin was close to all the places we enjoy visiting. The cabin was nice with a pool table that we used every day. Access to the stream was not as quick and easy as thought and we never made it down. Privacy at the stream was next to none as a house sits on the other side of the stream. 「We spent nearly two weeks at this incredible cabin with a spectacular mountain view. Everything that you need is available in this cabin including K-cups for the Keurig coffee maker! Paula and Brian were very helpful and accommodating in resolving a problem we experienced with the gate to access this gated community. We enjoyed the peace, privacy and solitude and recommend staying here if you want to get away from the noise and commotion of everyday living. 」

「The pictures of this home do it no justice! Better than we expected! Views were stunning! Well stocked kitchen! Great layout! Well kept property! 「My dad and I stayed here for a couple of nights and had a great time. The cabin is unique and rustic (how I think a mountain cabin should be), but also clean and well-stocked and well-maintained. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. It’s so quiet and we especially enjoyed sitting on the front porch. Easy drive into Boone and close to plenty of hiking trails. I’d recommend trying to arrive before the sun sets on your first night. 」

「My wife and I celebrated our anniversary weekend here, and the cabin was everything we hoped for. Very secluded and private, with all the amenities needed on site. We took full advantage of the gun range, the hot tub, and the nature surrounding the cabin. The owners are extremely hospitable and very accommodating. We hope to come back someday.」
