「Awesome location. Property was easy to find. Unit was clean and well designed. Tyler and Abby helped with my check-in. Although there was a glitch in communication through chat with WiFi, Tyler came through. The bed in the master was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Air conditioning worked really well. Towels and linen smelled fresh. Kitchen was stocked. The beach is right across the street. Looking forward to coming back soon.」

「Bedroom has an unusual window that is permently open to the dining area which creates lack of privacy if you have children staying in the living room. Screen door slider is off kilter a little making it difficult to use. Appreciated the washer and dryer-was happy that laundry detergent was provided. Need to bring your own toiletries such as shampoo and conditioner, soap. There were some that past guests had left but none provided by host.」

「Location was ideal as we were about 1/2 mile from public access to ocean, an Aldi’s and a WalMart. About 1/2 mi in other direction was a Publix and Beall’s and other shopping. There were restaurants within walking distance and about 1 mile to restaurants in Melbourne. Unit was clean with plenty of towels, paper products and trash bags to accommodate a 4 week stay. View of small pond and the swimming pool from our deck. Although comfortable, the unit could use some TLC. All 4 chairs around...

「My husband and I stay in Cocoa Beach once a year as part of our travel through Florida. The condo was excellent and has everything for our needs. Don’t be put off by the older style of the exterior. This is a well maintained property. The interior is nicely decorated with beach vibe. Super clean with well equipped kitchen. I appreciate the extra thoughtful touch that a few Keurig coffee pods were provided to get us through our first morning. The bedroom is large with a comfortable king bed....

「The condo was so clean and neat, with everything provided that was needed for a delightful stay. The pool was a nice place to relax and we enjoyed the lake out behind the condo as well. Good proximity to grocery store, shopping and a few restaurants. 」
