「This property has so much potential as it is super close to the beach but during our stay we constantly requested to have our room cleaned and never did. We actually went to the cleaning staff and asked for sheets so we could change them ourselves. On the last day, we asked one more time for our room and bathroom to be cleaned, she made the bed with the same sheets and put new toilet tissue but did not clean the restroom or even mop and sweep the floor. 「We only stayed 1 night (for the Fairhope Arts & Crafts Festival), as we booked last minute and this was the only hotel with a room left. For the price, it satisfied us. The 2 outdoor seating areas were nice to have a drink in the evening. We did not use the pool, but it looked well-maintained. The included continental breakfast was very convenient and we appreciated that. 」
