「This was the perfect rental for our memorial day weekend beach trip. The building is directly on the beach so every day we could just walk downstairs and right onto the beach. The unit had plenty of beach chairs for us to use which was very nice, however I didn't see any beach towels to use (luckily we brought our own). The balcony has unobstructed ocean views and 4 chairs to sit and relax on. The rooms are big and as pictured. Everything was very clean. The building is also a short ( 5 min)...

「We’ve been staying at Homewood Suites Mayfaire for several years. It is our favorite hotel in Wilmington NC. The staff is always pleasant and extremely accommodating for all our needs. If I have any suggestions for management, this time around I found the bedsheets were somewhat scratchy. My skin is extremely sensitive, so I noticed this as soon as getting into the bed. I hope it was a one-time thing! The breakfast is always superior and the older gentleman assisting in the breakfast area...
