The Riverside Hotel, BW Premier Collection

"The staff, as usual, was very friendly and helpful. They welcomed us and our dog with a smile and treats. The room was very clean and our stay was enjoyable. House keeping was prompt with requests and honored our "Do Not Disturb" sign during our stay. The hotel is in the process of updating some of the rooms and the exterior so there is some construction going on, however, it had no impact on our stay or enjoyment. The only suggestion would be to change up the servings at the breakfast buffet occasionally. We stayed for a total of 4 nights / 5 days and the breakfast buffet was the same every day. All very high quality food, which we all enjoyed, however, it did get repetitive after a couple of days. :-)"

"Breakfast was excellent. Room clean and smelled clean. Staff great. Only downside was the water pressure in the bathtub/shower was a little low. Maybe because we were on the 3rd floor?"

"We got in at 11 pm and left at 9 am, so it was just a sleepover. Check-in was easy and front deskc clerk was personable. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, shower had good water pressure. Breakfast was extremely basic, but fine. Great value for the price!"

"Wow, very nice hotel and well situated downtown within easy walking distance of dozens of restaurants and bars. Many of the rooms in the hotel have different decorating themes, and the room layout is pretty unique, Would stay here again, for sure. The valet service was quick, which was nice as that's usually not the case."
