The room was clean and well equipped, the mattress was comfortable, temperature was perfect all night during sleep.

Holiday Inn Basildon by IHG
Very clean and tidy room. Bed for me was ideal, medium/firm and very comfortable with nice pillows. Friendly reception staff, cleaners said hello when passing. Breakfast was lovely but it wasn't hot, barely like warm which was the only negative thing during our stay.
