「This was a cute room in a great location. Pros: private, comfortable bed, large room, cute decor. Cons: Musty smell, no fan, no ability to put the AC under 72, no warning that we would be on the third floor with a non-working elevator, no onsite staff, minimal cleaning (new towels & garbage removal only). No coffee or ice machine. Plus you have to walk in and out through a literal bar. I will still probably go back, but arrange to have a fan and make sure I wasn’t on the third floor. But...

「The view from the balcony was great! The room was clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was the shower. It fluctuated between hot and cold during the shower. The force of the shower also fluctuated.」

「Best hotel I've stayed in a long time - such character, spacious, clean and the food was excellent. My favorite part was a little kitchen area for guests with tea & coffee, drinks, snacks, home made cookies each afternoon. Highly recommend the Fairview Inn. 」

「They are trying to renovate an old Victorian house, but really do not seem to have any experience with hotels or B&B's. The room we had was painted poorly with messy paint lines at the trim and paint drips on the floor. The caulking in the shower was comically bad. The shower was quite small. We waiting several minutes for the hot water in the shower and eventually took two back to back cold showers . There was no table or dresser to put our stuff on, so we had everything on the floor.
