"Staff were sweet.. very outdated, door would not close or sounded like someone was trying to get in every 5 minutes from the wind. Not so pleasant guests down by the pool - pool temperature was warm. We left 3 hours in and went 1 mile down the road to the Hampton Inn for a better stay. Cleaner, safer & overall better."

"Our group from GSH Travel had a wonderful experience at Loews Miami Beach Hotel. As an international travel group coordinating logistics for 11 guests, we truly appreciated how welcoming, responsive, and accommodating the team was throughout our stay. A special thank you to Lucy Krasteva for her outstanding assistance coordinating our airport transportation. The communication was quick, professional, and incredibly helpful, and everything was organized smoothly for our group arrival in Miami. One thing that especially stood out during our stay was the hospitality shown by the hotel’s restaurant team. Our group of 11 decided to have dinner at the hotel somewhat spontaneously, and the staff graciously accommodated our large group with kindness and professionalism. Despite the size of our party, they made the experience feel seamless and welcoming, which we truly appreciated after extensive international travel. The hotel itself is beautiful, lively, and perfectly located right on Miami Beach. The atmosphere, service, and overall hospitality made it a fantastic final stop for our travelers. We would absolutely recommend Loews Miami Beach Hotel for both individual travelers and group stays visiting Miami."

The Island Resort at Fort Walton Beach

"We enjoyed our stay at the The Island Resort at Fort Walton Beach. The location was great — within walking distance to the boardwalk with several restaurants and a nice coffee shop we enjoyed stopping at in the mornings. The lobby and restaurant areas were clean and well kept, and the staff was friendly throughout our stay. The pool areas were nice as well. The large pool was still a little too cold during our visit, and the heated pool stayed pretty crowded, but because of the amazing beach access and the reason for our trip, we ended up spending most of our two days relaxing on the beach anyway. The beach bar had great drinks and a fantastic bartender, and it was very easy to rent beach chairs and an umbrella. Our room was decent overall. The shower setup was a little odd since it didn’t have a door and you pretty much had to stand directly under the shower head. The shampoo and conditioner provided were nice, although the body wash was more of a gel style, which wasn’t really my preference. Overall, we had a great trip and would definitely consider staying here again because of the location, beach access, and atmosphere."

"I was charged a USD 500 deposit, which was never refunded, even after I paid the full amount for my stay. The front desk staff provided very poor service, never issued an invoice, and were unable to clearly explain how the charges had been applied."
