"Clean place. I expected as much as we paid for two nights to had bigger size rooms. Was small when it came to the sleeping area and how close the bathroom was from the bed. Phone wasn’t working, called downstairs, they never came up. Also, no ventilation in the bathroom so keep the bathroom door cracked. Pretty basic rooms but clean. Breakfast was pleasant."

"Overall, my stay was pleasant, and everything else was satisfactory. However, I was disappointed that there were not enough bath towels provided. Additionally, the kitchen was not equipped with some of the basic essentials I have come to expect from other hotels I’ve stayed at. Providing adequate towels and better-equipped kitchen amenities would greatly improve the guest experience."

"This is the perfect property of your going to universal. I wouldn't stay here if you're going to disney but its still a great hotel with so much to do. We did Halloween horror nights and doing a down day at this hotel was amazing. A lot to do and relax. Super close to the parks."
