"I have stayed here before with no problems. The hotel was sold out this weekend. I told the desk on Thursday and Friday that I was planning to arrive. I also told the desk that I would be checking in after 11pm. I got there and I was given a room key and someone was already in the room. The desk said they did not have a record of anyone in the room. So we were given another room and it was empty. I had tried to call the desk 3 times to have them come upstairs to help with the key situation and someone was on the phone and did not answer."

"Staff wasn’t very friendly at all . The pool and gym were closed without any notice before booking which is the whole reason I picked this hotel. Parking for larger vehicles towing is hard. Stains were all over the chair in my room and very basic furniture and not been updated in years. Having no restaurant or little store in the hotel for snacks was a bummer as well. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless it was a quick over night stay. "

"The room was clean and comfortable. I did not try the breakfast although it looked like many people were enjoying it. "

"Couldn't find my reservation at first but found it by the time I checked out. Also told us the shuttle could pick us up at the concert but when we called we were told it was too late and they couldn't. "

"Breakfast had mostly carbohydrates with very little protein offerings. The parking lot probably needs a resurface. The room was clean. "
