海景は、湾岸側の島の北端に位置しています。 シースケープコンプレックスは3つのレベルの2つの建物で構成され、各建物に15ユニットがあり、熱帯の中庭で区切られています。 中庭には、ホットタブ、プール、小さな子供用プールがあります。 広々としたコンドミニアムには、ベッドルーム2室、設備の整ったキッチンと洗濯機と乾燥機を備えたバスルーム2室があります。 サウスパドレ島の消防法により、最大収容人数は6名で、ペットは同伴できません。 これらのコンドミニアムには、中庭を見渡すパティオ/バルコニーがあります。 湾岸への2つのビーチへのアクセスから約150ヤードに位置しています。 ワナワナビーチバー、レストラン、映画館、娯楽施設まで徒歩圏内。 このコンドミニアムは3階にあり、3階にあります。 ここでレンタルするには25歳以上である必要があります。 HomeAwayは11％の市税と地方税を徴収しないため、チェックイン時に追加で支払う必要があります!!!!

The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Just a short 3-minute walk to the beach made it super convenient. The kids especially loved spending time in the swimming pool. Would definitely stay here again!

First the office manager was just awesome- being friendly goes a long way! It is a family friendly condominium three stories we stayed in the third-floor and it was not a problem going up and down. We walked 2 minutes to the beach access and right across the street is Wanna Wanna patio / beach front bar - very convenient and affordable location!

Everything was smooth from checking in to cleanliness. The only downside was ni elevators, but overall a great experience! We will definitely be back.

Enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The fully equipped kitchen was a huge benefit and the courtyard was beautiful to hang out and grill for the night with very friendly neighbors.

Birthday weekend with my best friends. We didn’t want anything crazy just peace and quiet with girl time to catch up. We got exactly that. Pool was never overwhelmed and kept very clean. Thank you for the weekend.

Great location, walking distances a few mins to the beach. Leah is a great manger. She greeted and her welcome us. The condominium had everything just Incase if you had forgot something. I would recommend this location to my family and colleagues.

We really enjoyed the heated pool and meeting all the friendly residents at the pool area. A bit disappointed in the unit...the only outlet for bathroom vanity didn't work, mattress on queen bed in master bedroom was way too soft and saggy (couldn't sleep on it), and a small 30" TV screen in the main living space. The unit provided good space and nice flow in the living spaces...again, some simple updating would make this a fabulous stay.

Everything was great at the condo. The only thing is that is a three floor property and no elevator. We would be in and out all day long and it was tiring. Other than that it was great.
