The ocean is waiting! 3BR/3BA condo. This condo is conveniently located Seconds away from the pool and a quick 3 min walk to the beach. The property offers many amenities for everyone to enjoy including two very large pools, two hot tubs, tennis courts, playground an amazing beach deck and so much more

We all need a fresh change in our daily routine to feel restored sometimes, and this flawless condo is the perfect place to make your own and start a more relaxing more rejuvenating routine. Get away and enjoy a place with a view to amazing green gardens and one of our large pristine pools. This is a perfect set up to work from your condo and relax with the pool view in the morning or even better, to check up on the family in case they are swimming while you stayed in. This condo has modern fixtures, an open concept and has a beachy cozy feel to it that makes it the perfect getaway home.

Condo is on a third floor, NO elevator.

Not only are you seconds away from the pool, but you are also a quick 3 min walk to the beach. Since this property is large the density is low so your walk will be very pleasant, inside the property where you will mainly see nature while enjoying the walking trails. The property offers many amenities for everyone to enjoy including two very large pools, two hot tubs, tennis courts, playground, an amazing beach deck and so much more. If you were to pick a favorite spot, we would say the Beach Deck. You are no quite on the beach but you are, and you can relax for hours work, tan, read, or simply be.

This spacious two-level condo has a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all you need to prepare delicious meals, three balconies, a large living room and each bedroom has its own TV. Must mention, the master suite bedroom located upstairs has its own private balcony.
Solare-Bahia Mar is one of the biggest properties on the island and has 24/7 security. You will feel safe and will love the privacy it offers, all you have to do is enjoy.

HOUSE RULES:
•    Maximum occupancy limit:  8 adults + 2 children (age 12 and under).
•    No invited Guests are allowed.
•    To give access to the property it is necessary to sign the registration form and provide a valid ID (with photo and signature).
•    No smoking allowed
•    Minimum age to rent is 21
•    All persons are required to wear wristbands.
•    Check in begins at 4:00 pm. Check out time is 11:00 am.
•    This is a pet friendly unit. If you plan to bring a pet, please be sure that you selected the option. You are allowed to bring up to 2 small family dogs or cats. 
•    Rental includes two parking permits. Additional temporary parking permit may be purchased on site for an additional fee. Boats and trailers are allowed into the property for an extra fee. No R.V.'s or motor homes will be allowed on property.
•    BBQ Grills: Available in the designated “Palenque” area. Perfect for a lovely outdoor meal with family or friends. 2 Burner BBQ Grill: $40.00 and 4 Burner BBQ Grill: $50.00
•    Our rental properties are family oriented. Good behavior is expected from our guests, respect for property rules and other guests. No parties allowed. Minimum age to rent is 21 and must be present during the entire stay. 
•    - We kindly request that guests respect the Resort/HOA rules. Failure to comply with their house policies is grounds for eviction from the property and/or fines vary depending on these rules. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Perfect location!
Great location for a family to enjoy a beach getaway! The beach access was just a 2 minute walk and the pool was nearby to enjoy. The living accommodations was perfect with each room having their own bathroom. Plenty of space to enjoy your vacation!

Great time!
We enjoyed a great family vacation at this location. Easy in and out process… a little strange that our door was unlocked upon arrival. The location was great. Easy walk to the beach and pools with three kiddos. Loved the hot tub! Very good condo for the price!

Summer Family Vacation
Our family of six really enjoyed our 3 night stay. The condo was very nicely decorated/furnished, clean and spacious. There are 2 pools on property and a beautiful deck/patio with beach access. Communication with the management team was great, as questions and concerns were answered in a timely manner. Highly recommend staying here if you are vacationing in the area.

Birthday Getaway
We stayed for 6nights. The property grounds were well maintained, the condo we stayed at was clean and had all basic amenities which was good. Our stay was amazing and very pet friendly. I will say that check in was annoying because I had to redo the paperwork I had already done online. Also the whole wristband policy is a bit silly. I understand the concept, but it should then be something more comfortable that one can take off and put on when using the amenities. We had a minor issue with the 2nd floor a/c but our host Bryan was extremely responsive and got it fixed asap. All in all, it was a perfect getaway and I would definitely stay here again.

Nice size for 8 people, location was great as far as short walk to beach and both pools. There was not enough dishes and silverware for all of us and no dish towels or dish rags available. One hot tub was too hot and one was not hot enough.

Our first time visit to South Padre!
It was our first time to South Padre and we enjoyed the condo and the property. The property is beautiful and well maintained and so close to the beach. We reported a maintenance issue with a lock and it was resolved promptly. One suggestion is there needs to be more silverware added for the condo. We would definitely stay on this property and in this condo again!

Thanksgiving Vacation
We enjoyed the stay at this over the Thanksgiving vacation. The layout of the dining/main area was very nice, the condo was clean, and the master bedroom was comfortable including the bed. We had to purchase some cooking utensils to supplement what we found in the apartment but that was a minor convenience. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay there.

WARNING COCKROACHES ‼️
WE ARRIVED ON OCTOBER 8, FOR A 3-NIGHT STAY IN COCKROACHES. BRYAN, THE HOST CAME IN TO PICK THE COCKROACHES UP. BRYAN ALSO TOLD US THEY JUST FUMIGATED AND THIS IS WHY THE COCKROACHES ARE COMING OUT. BRYAN, ALSO SAID HE WAS OUR HOST FOR OUR STAY. SATURDAY MORNING WE WOKE UP TO MORE COCKROACHES AND A HORRIBLE SMELL COMING OUT OF THE KITCHEN SINK. I CALLED BRYAN, BUT HE DIDN'T ANSWER. ALEX, CAME TO OUR UNIT TO FIX THE SINK AND PICK UP THE COCKROACHES ALEX, TOLD US BRYAN WAS OFF ON THE WEEKEND. I CALLED THE MANAGERS CYNTHIA AND HEATHER SATURDAY MORNING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE COCKROACHES I DIDN’T GET AN ANSWER AFTER LEAVING MESSAGES. I CALLED VRBO TO COMPLAIN AND THEY CONTACTED CYNTHIA FOR ME THIS IS THE ONLY WAY I GOT TO TALK TO CYNTHIA BECAUSE SHE WAS IGNORING MY CALLS. II ASK CYNTHIA IF THEY COULD MOVE US TO ANOTHER UNIT SHE SAID IT WASN'T ANY AVAILABLE. CYNTHIA ALSO SAID SHE WAS GOING TO CONTACT HEATHER THE OTHER MANAGER SHE WILL CALL ME TO WORK OUT SOME KIND OF REFUND, I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM CYNTHIA OR HEATHER.‼️ CYNTHIA, ASK IF I WANTED THEM TO FUMIGATE AGAIN I SAID NO BECAUSE BRYAN, SAID THEY HAD JUST FUMIGATED AND THAT WAS THE REASON WHY THE COCKROACHES WERE COMING OUT I WAS TRAVELING WITH MY ELDER AUNT AND WE DIDN’T WANT TO SMELL THE FUMES, AND THE SCENT TO GET IN OUR CLOTHES. WE LEFT OF THE UNIT, AND WHILE WE WERE OUT THEY CAME IN ANYWAY AND FUMIGATED AGAIN AFTER I SAID NO‼️ THE SMELL WAS HORRIBLE MORE COCKROACHES WERE IN THE UNIT. WE HAD TO KEEP OUR CLOTHES IN OUR SUITCASES. THE UNIT WAS DIRTY SPOTS ON THE FURNITURE AND THE WASHING MACHINE HAD MOLD IN IT. THE TOWELS ARE HARD AND HAVE NO HANGERS. THE VENTS ARE SO DIRTY AND DUSTY. THE CLOSEST HAD SO MUCH DUST AND DIRT IN THEM. I DON’T KNOW HOW THE PROPERTY IS EVEN ON VRBO‼️WALKING UP THE STAIRS TO THE UNIT IS NASTY. WE VACATION ALL AROUND THE WORLD THIS WAS OUR WORST VACATION‼️ THE MANAGERS AND THE HOST AT THE PROPERTY ARE HORRIBLE‼️VACATION FROM HELL‼️I’M WAITING TO HEAR FROM VRBO AT THIS POINT‼️

Great Location
We loved everything about the condo. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms was amazing for my quasi adult children and myself. The loft upstairs was super cool for my older teenage daughters. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary cooking supplies. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was a life saver. It’s a short walk to the beach and the condo has excellent security. It was quiet and we al felt extremely safe. Great location too! Sea Turtle Inc and Bar Louie are a short walk away. Condo came with plenty of towels. We would absolutely recommend this condo and plan on returning soon.

Good deal & location
Check in can get busy but if you prefill your forms it's easier. Lots of on site amenities at a fair rate with friendly staff. Multiple pools on site. Near the main boardwalk/Beach. Parking is plenty and it is truly pet friendly.

Good location. Spacious accomodations.
Hot tub did not work all the time and the pool was too cold at this time of the year to use. Would prefer a place with an indoor and outdoor pool.

Wonderful! Just as advertised!
We spent a week here with another couple and really enjoyed this property! The hot tubs were great on a cold February night. Very clean room, looks just like the pics. Only thing we wished it had was a larger coffee maker. We really liked the deck overlooking the beach! I’d definitely stay here again!!!

Great location- needs updates
Apartment was nice and clean, the furniture needs major updates. Dining room chairs were awful to sit on, shower door was broken, so was the toilet seat. They make you wear these armbands make out plastic. Felt like I was on spring break! They don’t have a lot of utensils/pots/pans but enough to get the job done. The location and the beach access were excellent!

Very nice property, would certainly stay at this location again. Great location and close to beach. Only concern is that there are a number of small items suffering from neglect such as: doors and knobs falling off cabinets, wobbly table legs, light bulbs out, shower doors don’t slide, kitchen faucet loose. Also some simple items like no laundry detergent, no pizza pans or cutters, no simple condiments such as salt, etc. As stated, would stay again, but the condo needs some TLC from maintenance. Once it had TLC, it would be a 5 star.

Very pleased.
The property was nice and had beach and pool access within a short distance. The condos do not have elevators which made it harder for my elderly parents to go in and out. In the unit there is a small spiral staircase to the upstairs. Again, hard for maneuvering suitcases up and down. All in all not too bad. We would rent again.
