Sun Dancer #11 features soaring 16-foot ceilings, high-end remodel finishes completed in May 2023, and a large private deck with grill and outdoor dining space. Located in the nicest of the “Dancer” complexes, this second-floor condo offers easy beach access, a sparkling community pool, and walkable restaurants & beach bars. The Space:
LOCATION — BEACH JUST ACROSS THE STREET
One of the biggest advantages of Sun Dancer #11 is how easy the beach access is for families.
The public beach entrance sits directly across Gulf Blvd, making trips back and forth simple whether you’re carrying chairs, coolers, or beach toys. Just steps to the beach instead.
You are also within walking distance of several popular South Padre spots including:
• Wanna Wanna Beach Bar & Grill
• Clayton’s Beach Bar
• Bar Louie & Barry’s Beach Bar
This location offers the perfect balance of quick beach access and walkable dining options without needing to drive everywhere.
THE SPACE
Sun Dancer is considered one of the nicest complexes among the small “Dancer” properties, and Unit #11 was fully remodeled from top to bottom last year
The remodel included updated materials throughout with quality materials, creating a bright and comfortable beach retreat.
The living room features dramatic 16-foot ceilings, giving the condo a much larger and more open feel than most two-bedroom units on the island.
From the living room, step out onto the large private deck, a favorite place for guests to relax after a day at the beach.
THE DECK — SUNSET & OUTDOOR DINING
Right off the living area is a 10 x 12 foot private deck overlooking the neighborhood toward the bay.
This outdoor space includes:
• Higher-end patio furniture
• Outdoor dining area
• Gas grill (LP tank not included — please bring your own)
It’s a perfect place for evening drinks, grilling dinner, or enjoying the breeze after a long beach day.
As we like to say — it’s always five o’clock at Sun Dancer #11.
KITCHEN & LIVING
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals during your stay.
Guests will find:

• Cooking utensils
• Dining space for family meals
Because the kitchen opens directly to the living area with high ceilings, the space feels bright and open for gathering after a day at the beach.

Please note that additional guest parking is not available.
Because this is a second-floor unit, stairs are required, but the advantage is that no one is above you creating noise.

• Starter pack of toiletries and toilet paper
• Basic cooking items such as salt, pepper, and cooking spray
Supplies are not unlimited nor replenished, so guests should plan accordingly for longer stays.

Once you're here, consider using ride-sharing services or the local Island Metro bus for getting around. Many popular restaurants, bars, and beach accesses are within walking distance, allowing you to enjoy the island without the hassle of driving.

You will receive an electronic key code the day of check-in, typically by 3:00 PM. A digital rental agreement and photo ID verification are required before arrival. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. This is a family-oriented property; parties and loud noises are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Two parking spaces are available; additional guest parking is not provided. The condo includes a starter pack of essential supplies; for longer stays, you may need to bring extra. Please ensure all dirty dishes are in the dishwasher and the thermostat is set to 78 degrees at check-out. Failure to comply with check-out procedures may result in a cleaning fee.
