Cozy studio sits right on the beach. Balcony has partial beach views facing north. The beach access is a very short walk through the gated pool area.
Updated kitchen, stocked with everything you nee to prepare meals. Queen size bed, futon, desk & chair, flat screen tv.
The Florence is located toward the north part of the island between Clayton's and Wanna Wanna. Walking distance to many places but away from the noise and crowds.
The island has a free Metro bus that picks up right in front of the building and runs until 9:00 PM.
Monthly Winter Rentals Available - Oct. - Feb.
Pet friendly. Pet fee is $80 each and Pet Agreement required.

Parking: One parking permit is provided in the condo. If you have more than one vehicle and need a second pass, please request it prior to arrival so we can have it in the condo for you.
Spring Break: Spring Break age requirement is 21, everyone staying must be at least 21 unless they are with their parents. No exceptions.
Security Dates: $25 ID Wristbands are required for each guest over the age of 10 during the following times: Spring Break Texas week, Easter weekend, Samana Santa, and Independence Day Holiday weekend. Please reach out for current security dates if you are booking around these dates. This cost pays for security that is hired during these times.
