6-bedroom, 2-bath home in a safe, pleasant neighborhood within walking distance to Notre Dame Stadium. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, and everyday conveniences with easy access around town. Features central heating and cooling, fenced backyard with patio deck and BBQ grill. Layout includes 4 beds/1 bath on the main floor and 4 beds/1 bath in the basement.
Golf view, next to Morris Park Country Club.
For football weekends or major events, enjoy free parking at 1609 Oak Park Dr—just a 15-minute walk to the stadium, and if you need more beds just let me know ahead of time.

Economy basic

2 bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen upstairs were adequate, basic and great for economy travel. Downstairs is a bit subpar, functional but signs of deterioration. Host was very responsive. Laundry fee 3 per load.

Simple but Good

I've rented four houses in that neighborhood over the years, and this one was my favorite. It was simple, but clean and well-maintained.

Sweet Little house

The property is clean and plenty of towels. Yard well-kept in front, due to shady backyard there was not a lot of grass, but it was fine for our family to use the fire pit and have a great time. Very quiet neighborhood. Only surprise was the third bedroom is in a semi-finished basement but was fine for the family members that stayed in it. Love the back door access for visitors. A/C worked better than any other house we have rented.

Everything We Needed

Background - sisters in their mid 30s take their 60 something dad to South Bend for his first visit to Notre Dame. So we rented for a Notre Dame football home game weekend and the house provided everything we needed. It was close to campus - about a 10 minute drive which was easy to navigate and felt familiar after a few trips. The house provided sheets and towels and I was impressed with their quality. There was also a variety of soaps available in the shower which I quite enjoyed! The smart tv/roku tv made it easy to watch our usual streaming services (we brought a fire tv stick but didn’t need it!). Plenty of hangers in the closets for 4 days of clothing. We did not cook any of our meals but there were enough cups and plates for the few snacks and such that we did eat there. Oh and not advertised but there is a coffee pot!! For the food we did not cook, we tried a few local bars and found Galley’s to be our favorite. Went twice in our 4 day trip!

Place was nice however never notified how to enter or the code. No departing instructions had to ask the host Also notifications that the bathroom downstairs was for “Emergency Only” If you advertise 2 Bathrooms a person renting expects to have 2 bathrooms to use Other than that it was fine and worked out for us

Nice place to stay

My husband and two colleagues stayed there while in town for a band directors conference. He said the property manager was very helpful and the place was nice. He’s a man of few words so that’s as much info as I got from him . LOL.
