「We were disappointed. We were delayed checking in by 3 hours due to prior people trashing the place; we do not hold that against the host, they communicated with us. There were only 5 towels for 5 people staying 4 days , no kitchen towels at all and the white bath towels had brown stains. They did bring us additional towels and some kitchen towels.
