「We loved this rental! Definitely adding it to our list as a place to return to the next time we need a spot in South Bend. 」

「Host was great to communicate and nice variety of beds in the room. Plenty of space for a group. The one bathroom is a bit on the small side. While I really appreciate how the shower was nice and hot, the water pressure left a lot to desire. We also cooked several meals and would have love some more options for cooking items such as different pans, mixing bowls, etc. But only being two miles from Notre Dame was a huge plus. Would recommend for any group coming in.」

「We were disappointed. We were delayed checking in by 3 hours due to prior people trashing the place; we do not hold that against the host, they communicated with us. There were only 5 towels for 5 people staying 4 days , no kitchen towels at all and the white bath towels had brown stains. They did bring us additional towels and some kitchen towels. The yard was overgrown and still had some trash in it so we did not sit out back. The place does have AC which worked fine downstairs but no air...

「Great place to stay for the weekend. Had everything we needed including a high chair. The pool table is a miniature one but was still super fun to use. Didn't get a chance to use the fire pit in the back but that's an awesome amenity as well. Austin was super easy to communicate with and very prompt to respond. If I have to stay in South Bend again would love to use his property for sure!」

「Very clean, well stocked, comfortable beds, and overall great location and amenities. Hosts were responsive and kind! Game room was awesome!」

「This host does not at all」

「Plenty of room and we’d love to stay again soon, convenient to restaurants and it was a nice quiet neighborhood.」

「Lashon was the best host I have ever dealt with on Vrbo! She is incredibly friendly, caring, and genuinely wants your stay to be the best it can be. Her home was beautifully furnished and exceptionally clean. She clearly put a lot of thought into everything a guest might need while getting away from home. The house was extremely comfortable and felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. I would highly recommend staying at Lashon’s place and would absolutely stay there again!」

「Brian, our host, was very accommodating & responded quickly to our messages. Excellent location! Close to restaurants, shopping, Notre Dame, parks & South Bend Airport. SPACIOUS -accommodates 8 adults & 2 children easily. Beautiful kitchen appliances, (new range and double door fridge with ice-maker) & large capacity washer/Dryer. This isn't a luxury unit but it fulfills all necessities; kitchen w air-fryer, microwave, pots & pans, dishes, flatware, very nice Keurig w both, pot & cup functions,...

「Everything was great, as advertised! Clean, comfy, awesome. Will be back!」
