「Super location host was very helpful」

「This property was very nice. Really clean and neat. Easy to find and get in. Excellent location to Notre Dame and downtown South Bend. If you stay you must go to Macri's Bakery about a block away. You will need to buy ice and water before arriving. There is not an ice maker or water dispenser in the refrigerator. Other then that this apartment is a must. I will look to stay there in the future for ND home games.」

「I reserved this for my son and husband, who are huge Notre Dame fans. They said the apt was nice and clean. The bedroom could bendarker due to an outside light, but otherwise it was a nice stay.」

「If you need the barest of necessities this is your place….shower, toilet, bed, small table, 3 stools, fridge, sink, a couple of burners. If you require cleanliness, fresh scent, updates, repairs, a sense of security this is not your place. Funky, gross bedding, disrepair, broken window treatments, glass chard on bathroom floor. Bring bedding, bring a window covering unless you like people being able to look in your room, bring cleaning supplies. 」

「Exactly what I needed in a safe and clean neighborhood b」

「We enjoyed staying here on a weekend trip for a Notre Dame football game. Property was super clean. It was perfect for two people. The only downside was that it was in a sketchy neighborhood, but we didn’t have any problems, and really anywhere in South Bend that’s not right beside campus is sketchy. Super convenient to Notre Dame by Uber and within walking distance to two fast food restaurants and two convenience stores. Owner was super nice and welcoming! Enjoyed our stay here!」

「Its a small apartment with furniture is entirely too big, especially the bed. On one side of the bed you barely have a foot of clearance between the wall. If you just need a place to stay and no frills this will fit the bill.」

「Great location to ND. Nicely remodeled older house. Property Manager seemed available at anytime.」

「Communication was great. Yard should have been mowed or at least kept up. Plus garbage was overflowing from previous renter. It worked well for our weekend at ND. My biggest issue was that the one bath was very small, especially with the options to have a number of people stay. We had 4 adults and it worked but not ideal situation.」
